When running

npm install flag-icon-css@^3.1.0

I've got the following error:

npm ERR! code ETARGET
npm ERR! notarget No matching version found for flag-icon-css@^3.1.0
npm ERR! notarget In most cases you or one of your dependencies are requesting
npm ERR! notarget a package version that doesn't exist.

It looks like the 3.1.0 package is not published on NPM, it is stuck to 3.0.0

Could you please fix this?
