this project was a great find for me this morning as i put this post together:
https://blog.jsplumbtoolkit.com/posts/world-cup-visualisation-part-1.html
but whilst doing so I needed a flag for England, not the UK. I ended up using this one
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/b/be/Flag_of_England.svg
Which has been released into the public domain. Would you be interested in including it here? Would it need to be massaged somehow? I'd be happy to do that if you point me in the direction of a standard I ought to follow.
