I don't know why, but for sure in my project with bootstrap 2.3.2 and using webkit browsers (Chrome and Safari) in Mac OS X (Yosemite) environment, the flags doesn't works, as they can't be draw. In the same environment, with Firefox all works fine.

Work on mine.. and if it works on Firefox but not on Chrome.. then most likely you did something wrong :/ Either case without extra info or a link.. it's impossible to reproduce or help..
