Hi @lipis
The Spanish flag includes the coat of arms. However there is also an oficial version without it:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Spain

It would be useful, specially on small icons, where the coat of arms becomes tiny.

I can add a Pull Request with a flag called 'es-civil' (or whatever other name you prefer). Does it make sense to you?
