I'll just provide these in case you want to add them to the set. I can see arguments either way. XO is a user defined, so that can probably be removed.

The CS flag is the same as cz, so we just map from cz to the existing cs image in our css

No sorry.. I'm still thinking about whether to add or not some of the currently used, non ISO flags.. so for sure I will pass adding historical ones :)

(Even though I have a special connection to Soviet Union, as I was born there.. hehe)
