It appears that the British Virgin Islands are in there twice. ''vi.svg" should be the US Virgin Islands flag.

Confirmed. Currently both vi.svg and vg.svg look like this:

But vi.svg should look like this:

It appears wikipedia is using an SVG - can we just use that?
