The German government's official style guide defines RGB values for the German flag
de.svg(cf. Wikipedia). Yellow should be, therefore, changed from#ffe600to#ffcc00.@felixvictor commented on GitHub (Dec 7, 2023):

according to that document the red needs to be changed to f00
