The German government's official style guide defines RGB values for the German flag de.svg (cf. Wikipedia). Yellow should be, therefore, changed from #ffe600 to #ffcc00.

@lipis The change seems to have been lost. Yellow should still be #ffcc00, c.f. German government's style guide.
