This pull request adds the flag of League of Arab States, which is the common group for countries of Arabic language, in a way similar to how CEFTA was added (in the "more" flags section). The main use of this is to be the common denominator for Arab countries, like Europe, Eurozone and United Nations are groupings for countries via different levels.
This functionality has been asked numerous times, mostly to have it in language selectors, which is also my use case for this. However, it is important to note the League of Arab States is not a language but more of a grouping of countries, and would have good use to group those together, requested many times prior.
