Although controversial, since the Taliban took control this is the only Afghan flag allowed in the country.
Discussion on Wikipedia regarding the matter.
As this is a controversial (although IMO factually correct) change I understand if the repo maintainers would not merge this PR but I thought I'd at least present the change. Either way some people are going to get mad 🤷
