The dimensions are off, as per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Norway#/media/File:Flag_of_Norway_with_proportions.svg

The red color should be: #ED2939
The blue color should be: #002664

Should be much better now.. can't be 100% correct as all the flags are adjusted to 4x3 and 1x1
