Hello. I recently found my 8266 nodemcu chip with v12 4mb and using driver 2102 and tried to use it but got A connection refused error in the web portal. I tried using deauth.me but it gets blocked by Cloudflare due to a configuration error. Its been like a year or two since I've used it last and it worked okay then.
I thought maybe it was a device error so I reflashed it using both the .ino and the.bin files (esp8266_deauther.ino and esp8266_deauther_2.6.1_NODEMCU.bin) but same result each time, connection timed out.
I have all the drivers, followed the instructions exactly, and it did show up as as WiFi AP both before and after the flash and I did successfully connect to it both before and after the flash, so it seems to be a coding issue. I also tested for connection quality assurance and stability which were fine.
Any help is appreciated!

Just looking at other issues and it seems there's no followup on many of them... Wondering if this project has been discontinued/abandoned?
