Bug Description
Hi so if i change the mac and ip its not changing it shows in the settings but not on wifi scanner or wifi settings so ap mac and i cant change the webinterface ip like 192.168.4.4 doesnt work it shows in the settings but i cant acces it from the ip after a reboot.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to settings
Change mac and io or press reset
Reboot
Cant access from new ip

Expected behavior
Br accesible on new ip and show new mac in wifi scanner.

Environment (please complete the following information):

OS: Android
Browser: Fennec (Firefox)
Version: 2.6.1
Hardware: esp8266 wemos d1 mini
