Adding a new language requires a few steps.

renaming the json file to nl.lang and moving it into this folder
using the web converter to produce the necessary code for the HTTP handler
submitting a PR with the changes

Please specify if you're familiar with github tool and feel comfortable with this procedure, so @spacehuhn knows what to do with this issue.
