Yeahh it is possible, Arduino and esp32 & 8266 shares same pinouts but esp32 has more pins then Arduino so esp is better. However, you can connect an OLED screen to an Arduino using either I2C or SPI communication. The most common OLED screens used with Arduino are SSD1306 or SH1106 based displays.
Most OLEDs with I2C have four pins
VCC - 5V (or 3.3V)
GND - GND
SCL - A5 (on Arduino Uno, SCL)
SDA - A4 (on Arduino Uno, SDA)
