should leave the window of electerm

Current Behavior

Electerm starts and then goes blank

1.go to the electerm directory
2.run electerm.exe

Hello, before deploying version 48, I had version 43 which worked well.
Now, I'm running version 43 and the result is the same as with version 48
(blank).

Kill all electerm on task manager and rerun electerm
Roboot win10 and rerun electerm
try delete json in c:\Users\Username\Appdata\Roaming\ with electerm in file name and rerun electerm
