What steps will reproduce the bug?(重现问题的详细步骤)

无法通过SFTP连接到华为路由器或交换机，ssh登入是正常的，我用其他第三方的sftp工具也是可以，不知道是不是bug或者不支持，还是我的设置问题

现象是一直转圈，也不报错

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

指导解决

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)
