连接telnet设备时为什么先出现一段乱码，不管是连接华为还是思科交换机都是这样，如图所示？

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

虽然这些乱码并不影响操作，但还是去掉这些乱码吧。

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)
