What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

简单地一个双击进入目录，目录内没多少文件，每次都出现这个动画，跟其他软件对比明显让人感觉到迟滞

上传下载是单线程吧，一个个轮流进行，大批量文件表现恐怕不佳

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

目录双击操作要流畅不迟滞
上传下载多线程

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)
