What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

使用gitee设置了同步书签, 再win10的软件上设置同步->gitee->下载设置会提示出错

该客户端拉去gitee上的配置书签,

数据没填错,试了一下上传, 然后就能下载了,
未点击上传之前,点下载就会报错, 可能是个bug,
因为我原本是在win11的设备上上传了配置的书签, 然后使用另一台机器 (win10客户端)直接填写配置之后下载就会报错,
另外 mac客户端也是同样的报错信息再未点上传的时候直接下载, 目前未测试是否点击上传之后再就可以下载了,
