What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

之前低版本的时候印象中这个页签是可以通过点击鼠标滚轮关闭的，更新了最近几个新版本之后，点击鼠标滚轮关闭页签功能失效了。

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

点击鼠标滚轮可以正常关闭页签。类似在Chrome浏览器页签点击鼠标滚轮关闭页签一样的效果。
