What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

在搭载win11的笔记本上外接显示器，再断开显示器后，重启客户端界面会显示异常。右上角工具按钮被更新日志遮挡且无法滚动。

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

希望能正常显示右上角的最小化/最大化/关闭按钮。

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)

暂时未使用其他同类软件
