What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

vim文件的时候，想用ctrl+tab切换窗口不生效
而且有时候，正常执行命令，也不能切换窗口，暂时还没复现出来，后面复现再补充

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

希望ctrl+tab可以随时切换窗口

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)
