What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

远程ubuntu系统执行apt update && apt upgrade -y
然后切换窗口到其它tab窗口或其它应用
再切回来时如果有弹窗则100%卡死无法继续更新流程
系统会弹窗提示运行旧版资源文件需要重启服务

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

就算不在当前远程窗口也不应该卡死而是能正常更新完

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)
