What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

launc a program for exemple angular app or nodejs app. After stand by to do somebody else and minimize terminal. go back after long time after and see that the terminal not response.

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

it blocking terminal, must close and restart app with closing manually port in use.

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)

in other when start nodejs or angular and after go to continu project and after long time go back terminal not blocking ....
