What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

1、用SSH连接linux
2、执行screen后执行一些命令
3、键盘按上下键翻看已前执行的命令，这时不能输入任何内容，感觉连接被挂住了

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

执行screen后，可以正常按上下键翻看已前执行的命令

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)

在windterm中没有此问题
