What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

如图，假如同时开两个窗口连接同一个ssh，然后假如其中一个在wget之类的屏幕会显示大量的下载信息（刷屏），然后另外一个ssh就会很卡很卡，直到不刷屏为止，别的客户端mobaxterm之类的不会有这种问题

互不影响，不卡

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)
