My ideas are focused on UI/UX:

Bookmarks: margins between connection label and edit icon can be bigger
Bookmarks: Indentation when bookmark is in a folder can be smaller

Oh my God, when my Linux application needs to enter the 'exit' command to shut down the process and continue using SSH connections for other tasks, oh my God! The ssh tab disappears, which makes me crazy. I think we should consider giving this feature a setting option and default it to off to avoid accidents. Moreover, I believe that SSH clients should not rush to answer any instructions with the server at any time. Oh, my God, this is really bad.
