What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

ssh，新建窗口A，连上后等较短的时间（或从本地传文件到服务器）就会断开，提示

error
(SSH) Channel open failure: open failed

这个时候点刷新或新开ssh窗口B均不正常，只能关掉窗口A再新建连接才行，但也只能连一下就被断开，有时还会出现只能关掉软件重开才行

其余ssh终端是正常的

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

连接正常

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)

其余ssh终端正常

连接堡垒机，跳转连接服务器的时候，同样报错(SSH) Channel open failure: open failed
