What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

在远程连接的ssh服务器上打开命令行文本编辑器（比如nano vim neovim），打开后会无法输入内容，且无法编辑文件，只有重连ssh服务器才能回到命令行界面。

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

输入nano或vim就可以直接编辑文件

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)
