What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

开了4个tab仔细研究了一下，发现tab拖拽调整顺序过后，使用ctrl+tab和ctrl+shift+tab切换的顺序还是按照最初打开的先后而不是现有tab的左右顺序，tab多了就晕了，希望能够修复为按照现有tab的左右顺序进行切换。

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

在electerm界面中，ctrl+tab切换到当前tab右侧的第一个标签，ctrl+shift+tab切换到当前tab左侧的第一个标签。

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)
