What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

连接ssh使用private key需要输入passphrase以后还在连接中或输入错误后，或者使用鼠标点击右下角出现的error提示后，以及鼠标对tab标题栏进行拖拽操作之后，terminal窗体的光标符都会从实心变成空心，这时窗体将失去焦点，所有按键输入无效，包括按ctrl+tab切换也无效。
另外发现sftp页面下好像也无法实现ctrl+tab切换终端？

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

1、希望Ctrl+Tab在electerm中切换tab全局有效（包括在sftp窗口或者焦点在其他位置时，比如焦点在右下角弹出的提示信息上），且通过切换tab实现焦点自动回归terminal。

2、输入密码错误或弹出窗口消失或鼠标拖拽标题栏后当前窗口焦点可以自动返回当前terminal窗体实现全键盘操作。

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)
