What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

多终端页面的情况下，如果有一个terminal是已断开或者正在连接的状态时，Ctrl+Tab切到这个页面后就卡住了，再按Ctrl+Tab无法切换到下一个tab。

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

希望Ctrl-Tab是一个全局的tab切换热键，无论当前页面的状态是已连接、正在连接或者已断开，都可以用Ctrl-Tab切换到下一个tab。
BTW，能否增加Ctrl+Shift+Tab切换到前一个页面的全局热键，现在切过头了只能强制循环一整圈回来或者找鼠标来点，无法实现全键盘操作……

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)
