What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

鼠标在想要去点击工具栏上的其他应用的图标时，指针会经过快速命令按钮，因而打开了快速命令窗口，即便鼠标移动的速度很快也能触发该操作

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

希望能够对鼠标进行判断，当鼠标悬停在快速命令按钮上达到一定时长时再打开快速命令窗口，或者增加一个配置项，选项包括鼠标悬停打开快速命令窗口和点击按钮打开窗口两个选项

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)
