What steps will reproduce the bug?(重新问题的详细步骤)

中文输入法下，输入pwd
发现输入法不对，想直接通过中英切换键切换到英文，结果按下键后，发现输入内容重复

What should have happened?(期望的结果)

按下中/英切换键后，直接输入内容，不重复输入

Would this happen in other terminal app(是否能够在其他同类软件重现这个问题)

其他同类软件按下中/英切换键后都是直接输入内容不会重复
