1.17.21 win64 portable版本

Operating system(linux, macos, or windows7/8/10?):
windows10

Expected Behavior

正常显示中文

Can you reproduce the same behavior in other terminal:

其他的终端无问题

Current Behavior

本来设置了编码gbk后，服务器中文正常显示，执行一次rzsz 后就不能正常显示了

Possible Solution

是不是什么编码设置丢了？
