Operating system(linux, macos, or windows7/8/10?):

centos8

Expected Behavior

期望鼠标可以选中拖动滚动条

Can you reproduce the same behavior in other terminal:

centos8 直接安装就能重现

Current Behavior

无法选中滚动条，鼠标靠近就变成了拖动窗口大小的图标

Possible Solution

加大滚动条
