Expected Behavior

Can you reproduce the same behavior in other terminal:

不能使用搜狗输入法在 electerm中输入中文。其他的工具未发现此问题。使用微软自带的拼音输入法可以输入中文。
搜狗输入法的版本如下：

已经安装了最新搜狗输入法，仍然不能直接输入中文
