Send protocol NO-OP every 60 seconds
Send string: @ every 300 seconds

默认是开启的，可以看看设置里的Keepalive设置，默认间隔10秒，如果服务器超时很短，可以设置短一些

我长时间（超过 5 分钟）不操作还是会断开，建议新增每隔多少秒发送一个字符串的选项
