Expected Behavior

书签栏不显示提示，会干扰鼠标对书签的权限。另外固定书签栏后，书签栏遮挡住了主区域，应该是主区域同步缩小范围

书签栏不显示提示，会干扰鼠标对书签的权限。另外固定书签栏后，书签栏遮挡住了主区域，应该是主区域同步缩小范围
