Can you reproduce the same behavior in other terminal:

Steps to Reproduce

1.链接远程服务器
2.拖拉界面，变窄；
3.进图sftp面板，右键，悬浮在标题栏的菜单项不能选中。如菜单遮挡的是Tabs标签页头，则可以正常使用。
