Describe the improvement you are suggesting in detail

The theme switcher is available in the mobile UI but missing in the desktop header.
I tested the layout and confirmed that it can be added directly to the header without breaking the design. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the placement.

What I want to confirm

Before opening a PR, I’d like guidance from maintainers on:
Should the desktop version also include the theme switcher?
If yes, is placing it directly in the header acceptable?

Screenshot : Attached the screenshot below of what UI looks after adding it directly to Header in desktop view.

Why I’m asking
The current inconsistency (mobile has switcher, desktop doesn't) feels unintentional, but I want to be sure before implementing the change.

Additional Information & Alternatives (optional)
