Issue Description

Issue

Document has been signed
Document shows as being signed in Admin UI
Document is stuck in PENDING and is not completing

Steps to Reproduce

Environment

Self hosted in Docker (latest)

Steps to replicate

Created NDA document
Added 2 x parties to sign
Both parties signed
Viewed document in UI

Expected Behavior

Attempted steps to fix

Tried updating document status directly in database from PENDING > COMPLETE . This changed status in UI but when completed document was downloaded, 2nd signer's details were entirely missing from document even though these can all be seen as present in the document via UI when status = PENDING.

Current Behavior

When document is signed by all parties, document status remains PENDING
Document is not being marked as COMPLETE and if done so forcefully, signer details are missing from document download.
