Issue Description

This is a re-post of the symptoms documented in issue #1912

This issue still persists. I tried multiple times to get someone to re-open the issue but didn't receive any replies. I lack the authority to re-open it myself. I'm wondering if this will be fixed in a subsequent release and I just need to wait, or if it actually isn't resolved at all.

I'm having the exact issue described in 1912 -- documents complete successfully - audit logs show signed, but no visual signature embedded in the resultant pdf.

Any input?

I would be happy to provide additional info and/or logs - just let me know what you need and/or where to find the necessary logs.

Steps to Reproduce

Sign a document, then download the resultant pdf - notice there is no visual signature.

Expected Behavior

I expect the signature to be appear visually.

Current Behavior

No visual signature on completed documents.
