Issue Description

If a new document is uploaded to a Folder within a Team for example. I have an Organisation which has a team named Admin. Within that Admin team I have a folder named Purchase Orders. If I upload a PDF to this Purchase Order folder and send it out for signatures. Once everybody has signed off on it, I get a notice that the document has been completed. I am able to view the signed PDF document, however if I click on Audit Log, I just get taken back to the Admin folder. If I move the document back to the Admin team folder folder (out of the Purchase Order folder, back to the root folder for the team), and then go to see the Audit Log, I am able to see it just fine.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a New folder within a Team.
Upload a document to it for signing, or move a document which has already been signed to it.
Once the document has been signed, try to view the Audit Log.
You should be taken back to the Team's home folder, and no Audit Log is shown.

Expected Behavior

Audit Log is supposed to be displayed on-screen, along with the option to Download the Audit Log and Download the Certificate.

Current Behavior

If a new document is uploaded to a Folder within a Team for example. I have an Organisation which has a team named Admin. Within that Admin team I have a folder named Purchase Orders. If I upload a PDF to this Purchase Order folder and send it out for signatures. Once everybody has signed off on it, I get a notice that the document has been completed. So is this fixed now? Where can I find the fixed version because I'm running through Docker and the problem still seems to exist? What can I do to update to the fixed version?
