Issue Description

Number fields on a document are not bringing up the keyboard for input.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a signing document with number fields on a mobile phone (iPhone) using any browser.
Tap any number field

Expected Behavior

A number field should bring up the keyboard just like a text field does or provide a numerical only keyboard

Current Behavior

The field turns green, a wait icon animation shows then disappears unlike when tapping on a text field, the keyboard shows.
