Issue Description

Hi there, I'm self-hosting and I noticed that the drag and drop field on the home page for new documents disappeared (see below).

I was expecting it to look like this:

There is a short moment when the page loads where a loading icon appears, but it quickly disappears again. Not sure if that has something to do with it or if it is a clue:

Steps to Reproduce

Load the main page in a self hosted Documenso app.

Expected Behavior

I was expecting it to look like this:

You can still drag and drop onto the page; it just doesn't have a dedicated spot at the top when self-hosting.
