Issue Description

If a checkbox or radio button has long text for the value, the box with shift from it's original placement after signing.

Here's an example of where we placed the checkbox, ideally to replace the checkboxes built into our document:

Here's how it ended up, with the YES box shifting to the right and text ending up off the document:
