Describe the improvement you are suggesting in detail

Dear Team,

we have a lot of templates which just one person needs to sign (for example customers sign a quote or deal).

Currently the system seems not to be designed that just one person signs and not two?

Please help us and change this so that these cases can be done more eaiser.

Best Konstantin

I think it can now? Also you could make your self the person that Approves the document or have an office person that Approves the documents. To do this make a template --> on the Add Placeholders page click Add myself --> Then choose option Needs to Approve. This is probably a better process anyways to have quick remembered about important details in the document. And in some places documents are not legal with just one signer. (I am not a Lawyer not legal advice)
