Issue Description

Hello,

i try to upload a document to documenso with v1 Api. After I upload them, its not possible to acces them in the documenso Web UI.
The document exists in s3 bucket.

After i try to upload them via the Web UI, I see a difference in the uploaded directory. The Web UI creates a folder an then an subfolder. The Api only creates a folder.

Hi, thanks for reporting this! Do you see any errors anywhere? Also, is this the self-host or hosted version?

It's self-hosted. I can't see an error anywhere.

When I try to open it in the S3 bucket, there is also not showing. Sorry, this could be the problem.
