Describe the improvement you are suggesting in detail

The steps to complete a document are not clear on mobile. Users need to scroll through the entire document and fill out the form (email, name, signature) at the bottom of the page before being able to interact with the document. Moving these steps to the top of the page, or showing the form on a separate page before showing the document would be clearer to a user. This is not a big deal on a one page document, but a multi-page document the user will not know to scroll all the way through the document first.

I wonder why this field exists, especially if it is optional. I would expect that upon signing, the information would be automatically added to the document. However, if the document only has a signature field, the user must fill it in directly, making it unnecessary and confusing to enter those additional details separately.
